Be Healthy!!!
To be healthy we have to make exercise many times.Also the doctors recommend to eat healthy eat products as fruits,meats,salads, milk and others.Doctors say our bodies need vitamins and proteins.It is important to us eat healthy because with that way our bodies get strong to fight with sickness.Sometimes when people don't eat healthy.They get sick easy because their bodies are weak.They don't eat healthy and make exercise.
